6.3. You agree not to engage in activities such as: violating laws, fraudulent activity, violating terms, using robots/scrapers, reverse engineering, etc.

16.1. The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

17. Message Frequency

17.1. Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 100 weekly SMS messages related to your appointments/billing/customer instructions, etc.

19. Opt-In and Opt-Out and Help request methods or Additional Options

19.1. You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Supply Chain Mgmt Inc. in the following ways:

• 19.1.2. Verbally, during a phone conversation
• 19.1.3. By submitting an online form
• 19.1.4. By sending us email

19.2. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive.
